Gail from St. Catharines and Alex from Vancouver had to move all the way to London, UK to meet and fall in love. After living across the pond for several years, they recently moved back to Canada to start their married life together in Toronto. I had the good fortune to be introduced to this amazing couple through a mutual friend. We hit it off immediately and I had such a great time photographing their wedding. We met up before the ceremony to take pictures and wander around the streets of downtown St. Catharines. It was a very hot day. Just the day before, Toronto came extremely close to breaking its all time hottest temperature record of 38.3°C (101°F). Despite the heat, Gail and Alex looked cool and fabulous.
Hello Sexies! I have some very exciting news! I will be hosting my first boudoir marathon November 26th & 27th at the super swank Gladstone Hotel. The fabulous Melanie Sivitilli will be doing hair and make-up and yours truly will photographing. Don’t be frightened by the name Boudoir Marathon, there will be no running around in your underpanties. I don’t even know where to start with this wedding. First of all, Anne and Sean are two of the nicest people ever and they are so much fun to work with. In addition, all of the details for this wedding were so pretty and well coordinated. Anne and Sean wanted a farm wedding and you can quickly see why they picked the Dyment Farm. I love the wide array of scenery from dilapidated barns to wide open fields to treed areas with just the right amount of late afternoon sunlight trickling in.
