Here is a little teaser of what I got up to last weekend. I think we made pretty good use of the fresh snow and sunshine.

Colleen and Alex got married at the lovely Little Trinity church in downtown Toronto. I love how much thought and care they put into every little detail to make their wedding personal and special. Colleen and her ladies got ready at the Royal York Hotel and then traveled by vintage Rolls Royce to the church. Little Trinity is the oldest serving church in Toronto. It had its first service Valentine’s Day 1844. After the ceremony the rain was nice enough to hold off for a few minutes so we could take some pictures outside before joining the party across the lane at the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse. It was a joyous celebration with family and friends, touching speeches, slideshows, and dancing. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Leena from Let’s Party.
I can still hear some of the words from Erin’s speech in my head. The way she looks at Jeff. The way he looks at her. I’m even getting a bit of a lump in my throat just thinking about it. These two truly have a very special kind of love. It’s palpable. I feel it, their family feels it, and their friends feel it. I am so honoured to know these two lovebirds and to have been able to tell their story. My world is a sunnier place knowing that Jeff loves Erin and Erin loves Jeff.
I am very excited that today Lindsey & Jorge’s beautiful Mexican Fiesta wedding is featured on the Wedding Chicks! The Wedding Chicks blog is a fantastic resource for all things wedding. Head on over and check it out HERE!
