Gail & Alex | Treadwell St. Catharines Wedding

Gail from St. Catharines and Alex from Vancouver had to move all the way to London, UK to meet and fall in love. After living across the pond for several years, they recently moved back to Canada to start their married life together in Toronto. I had the good fortune to be introduced to this amazing couple through a mutual friend. We hit it off immediately and I had such a great time photographing their wedding. We met up before the ceremony to take pictures and wander around the streets of downtown St. Catharines. It was a very hot day. Just the day before, Toronto came extremely close to breaking its all time hottest temperature record of 38.3°C (101°F). Despite the heat, Gail and Alex looked cool and fabulous.St. Catharines Wedding PhotographerSt. Catharines Wedding PhotographerSt. Catharines Wedding PhotographerSt. Catharines Wedding PhotographySt. Catharines - Toronto Wedding PhotographySt. Catharines - Toronto Wedding PhotographyToronto Wedding PhotographySt. Catharines - Toronto Wedding PhotographySt. Catharines - Toronto Wedding PhotographyThe reception was at Treadwell in Port Dalhousie. Treadwell has been a pioneer in the locavore movement. They highlight food and wine from the Niagara region and oh my goodness it was incredible! I have been thinking about our meal there ever since and making this blog post I can feel my mouth water. I can’t wait to go back.Treadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieTreadwell Wedding St. Catharines Port DalhousieThank you so much for having me document your wedding day. Anne & Sean | Dyment Farm Dundas Wedding

I don’t even know where to start with this wedding. First of all, Anne and Sean are two of the nicest people ever and they are so much fun to work with. In addition, all of the details for this wedding were so pretty and well coordinated. Anne and Sean wanted a farm wedding and you can quickly see why they picked the Dyment Farm. I love the wide array of scenery from dilapidated barns to wide open fields to treed areas with just the right amount of late afternoon sunlight trickling in.Toronto Wedding PhotographyToronto Wedding PhotographyAnne and Sean opted for a First Look. There is something about seeing each other before the ceremony and getting the majority of the pictures out of the way that just makes everyone more relaxed and makes the day flow a little more smoothly.Toronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photographer - Blue and red bow tieToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding PhotographyToronto Wedding Photography - Outdoor CeremonyToronto Wedding Photography - Outdoor CeremonyToronto Wedding Photography - Outdoor CeremonyToronto Wedding Photography - Outdoor CeremonyToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Red bridesmaid dressesToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasToronto Wedding Photography - Dyment Farm DundasWell traveled rings.
