Liz Oke | Portrait Session | Toronto Portrait Photographer

Liz is my neighbour. We met one day at our local UPS Store and have been friends ever since. Liz is such a wealth of information. She has given me all sorts of helpful advice and I really enjoy discussing with her the ins and outs of starting and maintaining a successful business. When she asked me if I would take some photos for her new company website, Lizoke Inc., I was thrilled.

Liz is very talented. She has worked on a number of successful marketing campaigns for a variety of well-known brands. Liz has an impressive portfolio which includes marketing strategy, brand development, project management, graphic design, SEO/SEM, social media strategy, website design/usability and e-commerce.

Here are a few pictures of the lovely Liz Oke. Yes folks, those eyes are real!

Isn’t she adorable in this next picture? She looks like she is thinking up a wonderful new idea. This is a montage of pictures I snapped of things around her desk. I love the crazy colourful collage. I’m sure all the bright colours are a great inspiration to her work. I can almost see the pop-up bubble and lightbulb above her head!

Mariah | Headshots | Toronto

Here are a few of my favourites from a recent model headshot session with Mariah.  Make-up artist Valentina, who does wonderful work I might add, did three different hair and make-up looks.

Dog Days of Summer

Sorry about the title of this post, I couldn’t resist!  Jill and Charles asked me when I was home in Vancouver a few weeks ago if I could take some pictures of their dogs, Tux, Moose, and Ebby.  They wanted to showcase their dogs in a natural environment doing one of their favourite things, walking!  We headed out on a hike up by the power lines in North Vancouver and then hooked around and caught up with part of the Baden-Powell trail.  Here are a few of my favourites of the day.

Portraits with Jenny in High Park

Here is a small sampling from a portrait session I did with Jenny in High Park. Jenny needed some pictures for her new website and was looking for something a little more unique than the standard corporate headshots. I suggested we go to a park for a more natural look. As it turns out Jenny loves the outdoors and feels right at home frolicking in a meadow!

This beautiful butterfly seemed to follow us through the meadow. We were hoping for it to land on Jenny’s nose but it didn’t want to cooperate!

Jenny-33-blogI love this next one. She looks so angelic.

Jenny-2-blogThanks Jenny for a great morning at the park. You were such a joy to photograph!
