Cute Cousins | Children’s Portrait Photographer

One of the things I love most about my job is that it takes me to various destinations as well as home a few times a year. It is great to shoot in Vancouver because the different scenery is a nice change of pace from Toronto. Here are some little cuties I had the pleasure of meeting at Canada Place the day I arrived. Actually, this shoot started only about 45 minutes after I left the airport. My Dad picked me up and drove me straight there. Thanks Dad! These guys are cousins and the pictures were given to their grandmother as a surprise for Christmas.

Family Portraits at Edwards Gardens | Toronto Family Photographer

Did I mention this is a great time of year for family portraits? I think I did. Oh well, I will say it again. I love this time of year! A couple weeks ago I met this beautiful family at Edwards Gardens for a portrait session. They are using these pictures for their Christmas cards this year. Here are a few from our session.Aren’t these guys the cutest?! So adorable!

I love this time of year in Toronto. It is right before the city becomes a brown, slushy, deep freeze and right after the city is done being a hot, sweaty mess. Don’t get me wrong, I love this city all year, I just really appreciate fall. Last week I met this good looking family to bask in the late afternoon light, and to take some pictures of course.Thank you so much for having me photograph your family.

Ella at Beacon Hill Park

A couple of weeks ago I took a trip home to Vancouver and Victoria. When I was there I had a portrait session with Kristin and her beautiful baby Ella. We went to Victoria’s Beacon Hill Park.

Ella is at that stage when she wants to put everything in her mouth. I love the look on her face, below right, when she is trying to sneak a mouthful of grass. She is such a cutie patootie!

Dan @ Christchurch Wedding Photographers - These are brilliant. I’ve been looking at expanding my business into childhood photography. So many parents are interested in it that it’s really silly not to offer it? Who doesn’t want a high-quality photographic reference for their kid’s childhood?
