Maggie and Jackie are the cutest. So lovely and all smiles. I think we might possibly have hit the perfect day for the cherry blossoms in High Park as well. Here’s the happy couple.

Chrissy and Michael were friends. Friends for a long time. Then one day something changed and their lives will never be the same. They share such a connection with each other it is evident for all to see. I wonder if their friends knew the relationship was going to happen before they did?

I was so looking forward to this shoot. Tara and I started talking about their wedding last summer but I hadn’t actually had a chance to meet them until now. Tara and Andrew live in Ottawa but will be getting married this August at the lovely Paletta Lakefront Park and Mansion in Burlington.
We were lucky to have a beautiful day. We started out wandering around the grounds of the University of Toronto campus and then after a wardrobe change we took a quick jaunt to the Distillery District. 
You guys are so adorable! I can’t wait for your wedding in August. Much love!

Chris came all the way from New York for this shoot… and to visit his lovely bride-to-be of course. So even though last Saturday morning was rainy and windy we had to make it work. We had no choice. We had scheduled in a few hours on a Saturday in March many months ago and just hoped that Mother Nature would cooperate. She didn’t! That’s OK, I enjoy a challenge

Jen, you are disgustingly talented, and this couple is disgustingly cute. 
Jen and Mike are wonderful people and great of friends of mine and my partner Mike. We like to hang out with couples with the same names as ours, keeps things simple Jen and Mike met at our friends’ wedding and well, as the saying goes, the rest is history.
When Jen and Mike told us they were engaged just a few short weeks ago we were ecstatic. When my Mike surprised me with tickets home to Vancouver to catch the tail end of the Olympics I was overjoyed. I was really excited to see the Olympics of course, but I was also super stoked to congratulate Jen and Mike and take their engagement pictures. We decide to surprise my parents and just show up at their house unannounced. I had never done anything like this before and they were certainly shocked. They were not the only ones that received a big surprise though. When Jen and Mike arrived at my parents house, we quickly learned that they were not engaged, they were married! They got hitched in a very private ceremony on the beach in Victoria just a few days before. Here are some of my faves from their post-wedding engagement shoot!
